Mission Statement

Our organization was founded for the sole purpose of uniting communities (“villages”) around the world in an effort to meet the basic human needs of people within Uganda.  We believe that all children have the right to protection, clean water, education, nutritious food and medical care, regardless of economic status.  We also believe that providing non-traditional skills training for women, allows for economic stability within households and ensures that children are no longer required to leave home to find work to care for the family.  By providing women with the chance to learn valuable skills from their community members we are committing to a more sustainable and bright future for many families in Uganda. We believe that this world consists of villages of different sizes, all of equal value and importance and all of which deserve the chance to thrive with the help of their global brothers and sisters from near and far.
